Vision
Know who you are, what you have, and where you're going. Vision is direction.
A court that never closes, recovery and a private chef on site, and practice in front of coaches from D1 to JUCO. One property in Atlanta, all summer.
A full hardwood court on the property, open 24/7. When a player wants extra reps at midnight, the lights are on.
Beds for the whole roster, a private chef cooking around training loads, and staff living in the house with the players.
NormaTec compression and Game Ready units on site, plus the pool, the hot tub, two theater rooms for film and a barber chair. Recovery is scheduled, not left to whoever remembers to stretch.
Getting seen shouldn't come down to one tournament weekend. Coaches come to the property: a standing coaches' day every week rotating NAIA, D3, JUCO and D2 staffs, D1 staffs on the Thursday before each July live period, an open small-college practice in late July, and a filmed showcase in August. Between those, the team is out at team camps, AAU events and both NCAA live periods.
Players move in at the start of May and leave in August as different players. Practice, film, lifting, recovery, meals and rest all happen in one place, run by a staff who live there too.
Between sessions the team travels to elite team camps and AAU tournaments, and college coaches come through to watch practice on site. The whole thing is being filmed.
We are not here to choose a player's destination for him. We are here to help him understand who he is, show him what is possible, teach him to take control of his path, and put him in a position where success gives him the freedom to choose what comes next.
Three principles carry that work: Vision, Dominion, Freedom. They aren't three separate ideas. They're a progression.
Know who you are, what you have, and where you're going. Vision is direction.
Take ownership of the opportunity and hold it once it's yours. Dominion is control.
Turn that control into options worth choosing between. Freedom is choice.
CHOOSE A MARK
Know who you are. Know what you have. Know where you're going.
Vision starts with knowledge and understanding. What are you? Who are you? Where are you going? Most young athletes know they want to be successful. Very few actually know what opportunities exist or which paths can get them there.
Our responsibility is to provide the light. We expose players to the possibilities, educate them on the routes available, help them understand themselves, and give them what they need to decide where they want to go.
A lighthouse doesn't make the journey for you. It lets you see where you are, what's ahead, and where you're trying to get to.
Vision is guidance.
See the opportunity. Take ownership of it. Establish control over it.
Knowing where you're going isn't enough. At some point you have to take everything you've learned and apply it to your own life. That means becoming disciplined, knowledgeable, resilient and self-directed enough that you aren't easily moved by circumstances or outside forces.
And taking it doesn't end the day you get the opportunity. People and circumstances will test what you've built.
You can't control everything that happens around you, but those things don't have to control who you become. The goal is to be unmoved by outside forces while staying accountable to yourself and ultimately to God.
In Job, Leviathan is beyond man's ability to control, and still completely under God's authority. Tremendous power, exercised beneath something greater.
Dominion is ownership.
Turn control into possibility.
The point of gaining knowledge and taking dominion over your life isn't to possess power. It's to create options. Real success means reaching a point where several opportunities sit in front of you, all centered on what you want your life to become, instead of one road you're forced down because it's the only one open.
Having power doesn't mean choosing recklessly. Freedom is having options and the wisdom and discipline to choose the right one.
From the ground you only see what's in front of you. From the air you see the whole landscape: the obstacles, the openings, and every path to where you're going.
Freedom is choice.
May through August in Atlanta. Everything a player needs is on site, and everything he's judged on happens in front of the people who decide his future.
The residency is being filmed. Practice, camps, travel and life in the house, cut into a show that follows one roster through one summer. Players and families are briefed on filming before they commit. Two music studios on the property double as edit and recording rooms.
A look through the rest of the house.
Nothing here is final. NCAA windows are confirmed, but camp and tournament dates are projected from 2026 or not yet posted, and every event is subject to the organizer's confirmation. Families get the locked schedule before the program starts.

Respect the people.
Respect the property.
Respect the opportunity.
Rosters are selective. Tell us about the player and we'll come back with next steps, dates and cost.
High-level 13 and 14-year-olds are welcome to apply and play up on the 15U team.
The form takes a couple of minutes: player details, current school or club, film, and a parent or guardian contact. Every application is reviewed by the basketball staff.
